I keep things simple and will walk you through it! You can fill in an online questionnaire with some prompt questions - or email me to share your idea and story if it doesn’t quite fit the questionnaire shape.

Once I receive your story ideas, you'll receive a no-obligation quote for the custom illustration, including options for printing and framing.

Obviously the more detailed the story to illustrate, the bigger the price tag.

I work digitally - everything is still hand-drawn (no AI dupes!), but working this way allows flexibility to experiment and refine the piece. Some clients even choose to update their illustration later as life evolves.

You’ll have the chance to review the design and share feedback. Minor tweaks are included - if you’d like to add or significantly change features, I’ll quote for the additional work.

It's usually around 4–5 weeks from when I pick up my pen to delivery of your print:

• First version: 2–3 weeks

• Review & refinements: ~1 week

• Printing: ~10 days from order

• Framing (if included): add 1–2 weeks

If you have a special deadline, I can offer an express service.

Your artwork is professionally printed using giclée printing on premium archival papers (basically all the good choices!).

I work with trusted printers in several countries to keep delivery local (and costs down for you) wherever possible.

In most cases, yes! And I’m always happy to advise on framing styles, even if you choose to do that part yourself.

It depends where the artwork is being delivered. I have established relationships with excellent framers in the US, UK, many European countries, Singapore and HK.

You'll receive an invoice once your artwork is ready to print.
